While edepots is a new company, the idea has been developing for over three years.
We have consulted with experts on every aspect of the business, in order to make sure we get it right and so you can be confident of a first class service that will look after your parcels in a safe secure environment until it is convenient for you to collect them. Giving you control and peace of mind.
To use the system you first need to register your details via the register/login tab, once you are registered you can start to enjoy the benefits edepots delivers.
Once registered, please follow these simple steps to have the goods delivered to an edepot :
- Step 1 - Choose your most convenient edepot from our website
- Step 2 - Order your goods from your retailer, using the address of your chosen edepots for the delivery address.
- Step 3 - Register details of your delivery on our website and receive a unique security number.
- Step 4 - edepots will contact you when the goods have been delivered
- Step 5 - Collect your goods from the edepot, remembering to take along your security code and one item of identification e.g your passport, driving licence or recent utility bill
